Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), the global provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business management software for distribution, servicing and rental businesses, has reached an agreement to acquire Omni Accounts Software.

The acquisition of Kwa-Zulu Natal based Omni Accounts Software is a further strategic investment for KCS in South Africa and part of its ongoing plans to provide market leading vertical specific cloud software suites across ERP and business management solutions.

Following this transaction, the KCS group will serve over 21,000 customers and 100,000 users across the African continent.

The acquisition of Compilator is a strategic investment for KCS, supporting its strategy of growth into new regions and further expanding its offering to the automotive industry.

Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), a global ERP and business management software provider for distributors, wholesalers, retailers and the equipment hire industry, has acquired Palladium Business Solutions, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, along with its successful suite of products. Palladium Business Solutions is a long-established software provider servicing the distribution, manufacturing and accounting sectors throughout South Africa. The new combined business now has Approx. 13,500 customers and 75,000 users, a combined channel of 370 business partners distributing Palladium Business Solutions and KCS products throughout Southern Africa.

In the blink of an eye, PLASA London has drawn its curtains for another year. PLASA continues to be one of our all-time favourite tradeshows to attend, and is the perfect chance to see what everyone in the AV, Lighting and Staging industry has been up to. And we can’t forget about the opportunity the show gives us to catch-up with our lovely customers and meet some new faces. Held at Olympia London over the course of three days, the show was a buzz of activity, illuminated by only the best and latest products on display.
